1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PICA LMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this platform.

3. Course Access & Licensing

Purchasing or enrolling in a course grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal educational purposes. You may not redistribute, reproduce, or resell course materials without written permission.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Midtrans. Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support within 7 days of purchase for any payment concerns.

5. Live Meetings & Conduct

Participants in live Zoom meetings must behave respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the session and potential account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, text, quizzes, and supporting materials, is the intellectual property of the course instructor and PICA LMS. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

PICA LMS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt the platform for other users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
